An Air-Cooled, Oil-Free Vacuum Pump

Rated as Oil-Free “Class 0”, the DHS 65-200 VSD+ operates without the need for water or oil cooling. Its integrated air-cooling system ensures low operating temperatures and adds minimal heat to the surrounding environment. This simple, dry cooling approach eliminates the need for oil changes or water management, significantly reducing total ownership and operational costs.

V-Belt Drive System

While it may seem traditional, the V-belt drive is ideally suited for this clean vacuum pump. It enables a soft start, reducing mechanical stress and extending belt life. Designed for ease, the belt can be replaced by the user in under 30 minutes—no specialized tools or technicians required.

Advanced Bearing Vent Design

An innovative bearing vent blocks process gases from contaminating the grease-lubricated bearings. By maintaining a constant airflow toward the pump element, it ensures reliable performance and achieves a ultimate vacuum level of 0.1 mbar.

Housed in a compact, noise-reducing canopy, the DHS 65-200 VSD+ delivers quiet, vibration-free operation. The enclosure not only lowers sound emissions but also protects internal components.
